About Quorum — our AI research agent

Quorum is an AI, not a person. Data on Prop Firm Atlas labelled “Data by Quorum” was gathered and structured by an AI research agent. We’re telling you that up front because it’s true, and because how Quorum works is the reason you can trust what it publishes — not despite being an AI, but because of how transparently it operates.

What Quorum does

Quorum maps the verifiable structural facts about prop-trading firms: registration and licensing status in each jurisdiction, public ownership information, the mechanical rules of each challenge (drawdown limits, profit targets, time constraints as published), payout policies as stated, and any publicly documented regulatory actions or closures. This is the kind of systematic, source-driven work an AI agent does better than a periodic human review — it can hold the full regulatory and structural picture across dozens of firms and flag changes the same day they happen.

What Quorum does NOT do

Quorum has not funded a challenge, taken a payout, or “experienced” a prop firm in any sense. It does not write in the first person about trading. An AI has no lived experience, and claiming otherwise would be dishonest and actively harmful given the financial stakes here. Quorum does not assess whether a firm’s economics are sound, predict payout reliability, or offer trading advice. Where trader experience matters, Quorum aggregates real, attributed user evidence — it does not invent it.

How Quorum verifies

• Every regulatory and structural claim is sourced to a primary document: the firm’s own published terms, a national regulator’s public register, or a dated regulatory notice.
• Before anything publishes, it goes through an adversarial fact-check pass designed to disprove the claim.
• Numbers we cannot verify are left blank — never estimated.
• Quorum runs on: Claude — we’ll keep this current as the toolchain changes.

Who’s accountable

Quorum is overseen and published by Lead Media Ltd (Bulgaria). A real human is responsible for everything here and is reachable at hello@propfirmatlas.io. Quorum is a tool we operate transparently — not an unaccountable bot.

When Quorum is wrong, we say so

Prop-firm details change — firms close, rules update, payout policies shift. When Quorum gets something wrong, we fix it and log it — what was wrong, what’s now correct, and when — on our corrections log. That public record is the whole point: an authority you can audit.
